Yesterday i ewent shopping with my mum and ended up in Hobbycraft ( yes i know what can i say lol) anyway she say this border for sale with pansies and butterflies and asked me if i could make a bookmark for my Aunt so she could give her a different birthday present.

This is what i came up with, and yes i made a card to sort of match it too, I hope she likes it

What a Job and just look what happened !!!

Ok well it all started about a month ago, the kids decided they would swop rooms giving Aimee the bigger room seeing as she needed it being a girl lol and having loads of stuff, great you may say ... Yes everyone was happy ..

Apart from lil ol me who was left with tons of unwanted stuff to sort sighhhhh

Soooooooo during the sorting i found the photo's now there are a lot and i mean a lot i seriously cant remember taking this many lol, the bag is huge which led to getting the scrapbooks out to work out what had been done (organising has never been a real strong suit until now:P )



so they have now taken over my whole Kitchen

And iof you think the bag is the only thing io found think again there are FOUR albums with photo's missing all from when i started my Scrapbboking sooo i have loads to sort and if honest no idea where to start ... HELP LOL

So i decided to play and here is the first of the layouts, this photo was taken by my daughter of herself in 2010 and i loved it way back then sooooooo i played and i LOVE what happened its a digital layout using two papers from a free Shabby Princess kit called Plentifull

There are probably more to come but Beth i am working on what i should be two Promise :)

I had two RAK cards to make this week and decided to test out the brand new Discovery Stamp from store, not having much time i used the pre colo0ured versions and this is what i came up with both slightly different, hope you and they like them :)

Well i actually managed to get somthing made this weekend yahhhhh :)

We have this cute stamp called Discovery, a little girl finds a sleeping fairy you get the coloured version as well as the stamp in the pack so great for a quick card if you dont have time to colour :)

Thats what i said to Beth a good hour ago, and i did honest I mean the fact i only just got the coffee is a different thing lol ....

I went in the kitchen and this cute coffee tin caught my eye all ready to hit the bin, now what can i say i just had to play with it and this beautifull monochrome paper seemed perfect, that and some gems and an old earing and some ribbon and wallah I kept it simple but i think its pretty cool hope you like :)

Ohhhh BTW Beth i'm back with my coffee now hun :) hehehehe

Did you Know what Year it is ??????

Thats right its the year of the dragon and the dragons are so excited that its there year at last, they have decided to put a selection of special stamps out this year and here are the first three, but first a lil about them

It has to be said .....

It has to be said we are Artists that work hard for our craft, we do it for love but also to help pay the bills, and in alot of cases it does not bring in much, but still people think they can take our images and share them free of charge to others, and not just to friends to huge groups of people on social media and other sites.


There excuse seems to be they bought it they should be able to share it, or they cant afford to buy them so have to get them this way  .. Popycock is all i can say

Does this mean that if we cant afford somthing we can just go out and help ourselves .. I dont think so ...... It makes me so mad that they are slowly killing the craft they say they love so much.

I Made somthing !!!!!

Well its been total madness here of late, what with working all hours and being too tired to do anything when i get home what can you say ....

BUT I did find the time to make somthing, even though my printer is broken and i cant print stamps at the min, i came up with this set of a Tissue Box cover and a pen/make up brush pot, i think they turned out ok hope you like them :)

I also updated my blogs look, i am liking the new look think it gives a nice stay and look warm feeling :)   Heres to a great weekend to everyone I plan on working on the store and trying to clear some clutter from upstairs (the kids swopped rooms wow my room looks like a bomb hit sighhh) so whatever you are doing this weekend ENJOY :)
