Challenge # 17 Favorite WInter Colour

Well here we are Christmas Eve and i am sure everybody is running about doing all those last minute things, getting ready for the big fat man in the red suit coming tonight :) but i am sure once he has been and you have all got your new goodies to play with you will want a challenge to play along with and we have just that so when you get time please come and join us with our super Christmas Challenge sponsored by Di's Digi Downloads.

Ok before i tell you all about the challenge, it is with sadness i have to announce three of our design team are leaving us, this is there last challenge, so i would like to say a HUGE thankyou to Jenny, Sammi and Claire for all they have done to help both Stamping Dragon Designs and the challenge blog in there time with us, we all wish you all the best in everything you do in the new year but i am sure we will still be seeing them around blogland :)

Here is my card i coloured him with my pro markers and added some glamourdust (love that stuff) mpunted him on some silver corrogated card, the DP's are from my stash as are the ribbons then i added some poinsettia's and wallah I like the finished card i hope you do too :)

Monochromatic Creations Challenge - Blues

This is for a challenge over at Stamping Vacation the theme is  Monochromatic Creations Challenge - Blues i have to say Blue is my favorite ever colour and i just knew which stamp i was going to use as soon as i saw it so here we are the Stamp is mine and is called Dodge Tourer I couloured it with promarkers and used dome DP's i had then added a ribbon from my stash :)

WOYWW a Day Late LOL

I have not been able to get here since i started working on a tuesday and wednesday so when i saw linky was still open today i just had to come and join in :), Taking these pics made me think back to when i started earlier this year i was adamant it would not take over and would stay a small collection .. I mean come on who am i kidding addictive is so not in it lol since then i have purchased a chest of drawers to store things in and after swearing i would only use digi papers ( hmphhhh) i now have a growing collection of papers lol sooo ladies this is in less that 12 months and yes i can hear you all saying haha knew she wouldnt keep it small lol, pop over to the Stamping Ground to have a peek at everybody elses stash :)

Jiggys Present or The Card Drive Post is HERE

Two for you today

Well what a week we have had here in the UK with all the snow Urghhhh its ok on a postcard lol we had temp's hitting -21 at night here brrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyway i took some time out today to play a little, I had some fantastic news this week i WON a challenge so i had to play with one of the stamps i won this is a Digital Delights Christmas Doggy so cute, I coloured him with my pro markers used some DP's and ribbon from my stash.

I also made this cute box, i was fed up of moving my cards around to dind things and an empty soap powder box was perfect to alter for storing them i covered it in designer papers added some embelishments from my stash and added a cardboard centre post inside the box and wallah perfect for my 5.5 x 5.5 cards all safe and clean until needed :)

Heres my card i used the image late knight snack, which i was going to make into an easel card but it didnt quite work so this one developed lol I do like how it turned out though, the theme is Fantasy so i used Green designer papers, the frame behind the dragon was a gift which i inked up to make it look older then i added some cool ribbons and crystals from my stash.

Ok now dont think i have just sat here all day and played cos its not true lol

NO HONEST its not true, I finished THREE new stamps and did my Ironing and some more washing first :) but then i had to have a play i dont seem to get to scrapbook much these days, and i dont want to let my albums slip so here we are, I headed over to Scrapbook Challenges and played :)

Look what i made

I saw a tutorial for this Tissue Box cover on my travels, and wanted to try it, then couldnt find it again lol so this is my version it needs a few tweeks on the next one but i am pretty pleased with the result (maybe less flowers me thinks as they keep falling off lol)

I also found this adorable freebie from Bugaboo stamps the file has the bears seperate so i combined them to create this cute birthday card, coloured with Promarkers, the papers are digital and the purple decoration is two glittery pipe cleaners i found in my stash :)
