Butterfly Garden Inspiration - Susan R

Hi Susan R here!

In recognition of National Scrapbooking Day (May 7th),
this week I have been doing layouts!

I have used elements from the new collection at

Butterfly Garden - this picture gives you just an idea...

Rather than my usual 'cutting and sticking' processes
I have used Serif Craft Artist 2 to put my page together:

(By the way, Janette wrote a tutorial on using a template here)

Do take a look at Dragons Lair Designs  for all the other lovely makes!

And don't forget to look for the current Challenge ...

Happy Crafting!

Susan

A New Challenge Launches On Our Sister Site Today - "Women at Work" challenge

It's the 1st Friday of the month and therefore time for the start of this month's new challenge over on the Dragons Lair Designs Challenge blog.

Nan, the Design Team Leader for the Dragons Lair Designs Challenge Blog, has chosen "Women at Work" as the theme for the May challenge.  She's asking for any make with a woman involved at crafts or any of the thousands of jobs women do!

The challenge is open to anybody, no matter what level of crafter and no matter what medium, and your entry doesn't even have to have anything DLD on it.  You are allowed 1 entry per person per month, and everybody who enters is in with a chance of getting the prize as the winner is chosen by "Random".

So go on, click over to the Challenge Blog and have a go, and let us see your creative entries.

You'll also see some lovely creations created by members of the DLD Challenge Design Team to give you some inspiration.
